Yes. You can personalize fabric, color, fit, length, and finishing details to create a one-of-a-kind piece.

Can I upload reference images or sketches for my design?

Yes. You’re welcome to share reference images, sketches, or inspiration to help us understand your vision better.

Can I add pockets, sleeves, a slit, lining, a belt, or mix multiple designs?

Yes. You may combine elements from two or more designs and add features like pockets, sleeves, slits, lining, or belts. Final feasibility is confirmed during consultation.

Can I see how my dress will look before I order?

We confirm all design details, fabrics, and finishes before production. While exact previews may not always be available, clarity and approval are ensured before moving forward.

Why are prices not fixed?

Each dress is made exclusively for you. Pricing depends on design complexity, craftsmanship, fabric choice, and delivery location.

What affects the price of my custom dress?

Pricing is influenced by design complexity, fabric and material selection, handwork or embellishments, craftsmanship time, and shipping destination.

When do I pay for my custom order?

Payment is requested only after the final design details and price are approved by you.

Where do you ship?

We ship across India and internationally. Shipping costs and timelines depend on location. Customs or import duties, if any, are the recipient’s responsibility.

How long will my order take?

Timelines vary by design. Once your design and measurements are finalized, we’ll share an estimated delivery date.

How long does a custom order take?

Simple designs may take a few weeks, while intricate or bridal pieces may take longer. For fixed dates, we recommend contacting us early.

How can I track my order once it’s shipped?

Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared so you can follow your order’s journey.

What if the fit isn’t right after delivery?

We aim for a precise fit using your measurements. If minor adjustments are needed, we can guide you with alteration recommendations.

Are returns or exchanges available?

No. As each piece is custom-made to your specifications, returns and exchanges are not applicable. All details are confirmed before production.
