5. Prices
Prices are clearly communicated and confirmed with the customer before order confirmation. Final pricing depends on customization details, fabric selection, embroidery, and craftsmanship.
Unless otherwise stated, prices are exclusive of delivery charges and applicable taxes. For orders within India, applicable taxes will be charged as per Indian regulations. For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by their country.
6. Payment
Payments must be completed through the secure payment methods. All transactions are processed using trusted and encrypted payment gateways to ensure safety and data protection.
Orders are confirmed and moved into production only after successful payment authorization. Ḋevi reserves the right to cancel or hold an order in cases of failed, incomplete, or unauthorized transactions.
7. Shipping
Ḋevi specializes in made-to-measure garments; therefore, production timelines vary based on design complexity, fabric availability, and order volume. Estimated production and delivery timelines are shared with the customer at the time of order confirmation.
Shipping timelines may differ depending on the delivery location (within India or international). Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by logistics partners, customs clearance, festive periods, or circumstances beyond our control. Ḋevi strives to ensure timely delivery and keeps customers informed throughout the process.
8. After-Sales Policy
8.1 Order Not Received / Package Damaged
Any delivery-related concerns should be reported within 5 calendar days of receipt to enable prompt assistance.
Supporting documentation may be requested to process claims effectively with logistics partners.
8.2 Alterations, Remakes and Refunds
As each garment is custom-made, minor adjustments may occasionally be required. Where appropriate, Ḋevi may support alterations or offer a remake following review.
Because all products are individually crafted, refunds are not offered. This aligns with standard practices for custom-made fashion.
9. Changes / Cancellation
Changes or cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Once production begins, changes are no longer possible.
10. Modifications and Accuracy of Content
Ḋevi may update website content, product details, or services to improve clarity and customer experience.
11. Exclusion Rights
Ḋevi™ reserves the right to restrict access to the Website in cases of misuse or violation of these Terms.

Every design at Ḋevi is created in limited batches and carries our signature creative approach. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, imitation, or commercial use of our designs, concepts, or content is strictly prohibited. Ḋevi is a claimed trademark.
Ḋevi does not copy or replicate designs from other brands. All custom garments are created from original ideas and customer-provided concepts, interpreted through our own design process.
Except for personal, non-commercial use, you may not, without prior written permission from Ḋevi:
